ALLOWANCE RELATED TO DELIVERY:

- All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of EUR 4.90.
From EUR 50 million, delivery costs are offered.
- Delivery costs are automatically updated when you enter your personal information during the payment page.
All our orders have a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Private Package

- With regard to our processing times for your orders, it takes 1 to 2 working days.


DELIVERY TIME:

- All our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days once your order has been processed.

Returns and exchanges:

At stylevoiture, we do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order cancellation policy:

We are proud of our ability to process all orders on our site quickly.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an e-mail to contact stylevoiture.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order may be taken into account if it has already been processed.

 

Error address:

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of this address and to contact us quickly to tell us a change. The latter can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for rejected or non-deliverable orders (accessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In the latter cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not systematically.

If your order is returned to the consignor, we will offer you a refund of your order deducted from the shipping costs or we will offer you a re-shipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for re-shipment or reimbursement of your order until your parcel has been received by the consignor.

 

Return policy:

We accept returns for any reason.

Whether you are dissatisfied or you have just changed your mind. Our return policy is 30 days from the moment you receive your products.
