Exchanges / Refunds / Replacements
If you are in the 30-day return period we offer you 3 options:
1.Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. The exchange of a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend that you return your original item to get a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
2.Reimbursement details and voucher
By default, the method of reimbursement is to have it.
If you wish to receive a refund on the method of payment used at the time of your purchase, you must notify us on the return form and the 15% inspection, warehouse and processing costs will apply. The refund will be visible in your account within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of your request.
Orders that are exchanged or items returned/extted due to the manufacturer's fault do not entail these restocking charges. The charges will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after a possible reduction) will be reimbursed.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not reimbursable.
3.Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We're really shitted. Please send us an email to XXXX-XXXX.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (e.g. incorrect item / defective)
- A photo or a video
How long does it take to get a refund?
Reimbursements may typically take up to two weeks to be processed. All reimbursements must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?
- Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
- Please fill in this form as precisely as possible and send your item together with this form to the return address we will send you by e-mail.

Late or missing reimbursements:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your banking institution
- The processing time usually takes 3 to 5 working days
If you have done all this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at XXXX.com.
Delivery:
The customer is responsible for paying his own shipping costs for the return of an item. If you receive an asset, it will correspond to the amount you have paid. If you have notified want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product less the restocking costs.
If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your item exchanged can take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
Warning:
If you ship items with a value above 50 dollars, we strongly suggest that you return the product with a tracking number.
